Nothing too exciting

I will warn you now this is going to be a pretty boring post of just me rambling about my family. There really hasn't been much going on lately. But there are a few pictures of Kale that his teacher sent me so if you want to skip to the bottom you can just look at those. I am just home alone with the kids for a few days and with the lack of adult interaction I am struggling a little so I thought this might help. Plus, I don't sleep very well when Clint's not around. This is only the third time in the last five and a half years that I have spent the night without another adult in the house with me. So, I apologize if it is long and random.

Well, Wyatt is getting rather feisty these days. I almost can't handle him at church. He is so loud during Sacrament meeting. About since the time he mastered walking he doesn't like to sit for very long. Plus, he has learned how to throw some wonderful fits. He loves to be outside. I don't remember the other two wanting to go outside as badly as he does. The second he sees an open door he is heading out. If you ask him if he wants to go, he goes to the door and starts hitting it. He is so much fun!!

Darcy is having a hard time with potty training. I am about to give up for a while. She keeps having accidents. It is weird we can spend the whole day at our house with no water or running around town and she will be fine but if we are at Lloyd and Kalynn's house she only makes it about half the time. I don't know what to do with her. If anyone has any ideas I sure could use them. I am about beside myself. Luckily they are only wet accidents. At least she has mastered half of it right? She is so excited about getting bigger. She will come up to me and spread her arms as far as they will go and say, "Look at me mom. I getting bigger"
Kale is so smart. I can't believe him. Probably on a daily basis he is trying to create something. I don't know where he gets his ideas but he sure thinks a lot about them. His thought process is so complex I can't follow him all the time... I guess it is really his thought process is more complex than his vocabulary so he has a hard time conveying exactly what he is thinking. Today, he got a paper plate and made holes in it and then taped a flashlight to it. Then he was shining it into a glass of water to make a rainbow and he wanted to show everyone. Unfortunately for him I am the only one around. I am having a little bit of a hard time with him because he keeps climbing in bed with us at night. He actually climbs in next to me on the opposite side of Clint every time. I think he knows Clint won't let him. But he keeps waking me up. I am not sure if he is having a hard time knowing we are moving or bad dreams or what.
I am doing pretty good. We are really excited. We get to find out what we are having in a week and a half. Well if I would ever schedule the ultrasound. But Dr. Griffith wants me to schedule it between the 30 and the 6 so not very long!! Clint still says it is a boy(I don't think he really thinks it is a boy he just wants it to be a boy really bad) and I am still pretty sure it is a girl. Just the last few days I have been feeling the baby move. I love that feeling. I think it really starts to sink in when you do feel it. I feel like I am getting huge! At my doctors appointment on the 3rd I had lost a pound and the doctor wasn't too happy about that but I don't think we will have to worry about that this month. I am so tired lately. Between trying to get the house cleaned, Kale, everyone being sick and stress I am exhausted all the time it seems.
We are still not in the house. It is almost there. This last week we got our carpet and the plumber finally came and got the water on almost two weeks after he said he would have it done. So now I can really get some cleaning done if I just had the energy. Now I am not really sure what we are waiting on to move in. Clint told me last night that we were going to have to wait for another week at least. I am not really sure why. I did not understand. All I know is that I am ready to be in! We can't decide on what color of kitchen appliances to get. No fridge, microwave, or stove and three children don't make living in a house very convenient. So I guess it is partly my fault. I just really can't decide. If only oil rubbed bronze appliances weren't so expensive. Oh well. I will have to post some pictures of it all soon.

Sorry this was so boring. But here are some pictures Kale's preschool teacher sent me. And can I just say he has one of the coolest teachers. Every time he goes to school she e-mails me and lets me know what they have done or any problems he has had so I can address them at home. And takes pictures and sends them to me! I just have to say I love that!! Plus, Kale can never remember what he has done so after she tells me I can then talk to Kale about it. The other day I asked him what he had done at school and he said, "I don't remember you haven't told me." And when I do ask about some specific he says "How did you know that" It makes me feel like one of those all knowing moms.

Here he is flying his grocery bag kite. I love how creative some people are! He had so much fun and wanted to make one when he got home.

Grandma Kalynn got to go visit him at school on Grandparent's Day. She helped him decorate his envelope for his Valentines.

The black helicopter looking picture is his. He keeps drawing this or something very similar to this and calling it a cool race car. I think he told me those were arms. I can't remember tonight.

Here he is sliding. Obviously. Kids are so funny with the things they do. I am just so glad he loves going to school and hope he keeps up the interest.
